Next Level Labs LLC ("we," "our," or "us") operates the IEP Hub mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our App. Please read this policy carefully. By using IEP Hub, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

Information We Collect

We may collect the following types of information:

• Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your email address to authenticate you and manage your account.
• Child Profile Information: You may enter details about your child, including their name, diagnosis, grade, school, state, and IEP status. This information is entered by you and stored to power the App's features.
• Communication Log Data: Records of communications with your child's school and IEP team that you choose to log within the App.
• Meeting Preparation Notes: Goals, requests, questions, and notes you create to prepare for IEP meetings.
• Document Vault Contents: Any documents or files you choose to store within the App's document vault feature.
• Usage Data: We collect information about how you use the App, including features accessed and session duration, to improve your experience.
• Device Information: We may collect device type, operating system version, and unique device identifiers for app performance and analytics purposes.
• AI Feature Interactions: Questions and information you submit to AI-powered features within the App are sent to a third-party AI provider for processing. We do not use these interactions for advertising or sell them to third parties.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the App and its features
• Enable IEP tracking, communication logging, and meeting preparation tools
• Sync your data securely across your devices
• Process subscriptions and manage your account
• Improve the App based on usage patterns and feedback
• Communicate with you about updates, support, or account-related matters
• Ensure the security and integrity of the App

Third-Party Services

IEP Hub uses the following third-party services that may collect or process data:

• Supabase: Provides authentication and secure cloud data storage for your account and app data. See Supabase's Privacy Policy.
• Anthropic (Claude AI): Powers AI-assisted features within the App. Information submitted to AI features is processed by Anthropic's API. See Anthropic's Privacy Policy.

• Cloudflare: Provides hosting and content delivery. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.

Data Storage and Security

Your account and app data are stored locally on your device and synced to secure cloud servers provided by Supabase. We implement commercially reasonable security measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children's Privacy

IEP Hub is designed for parents and guardians managing their child's IEP process and is intended for use by adults only. While the App stores information about children entered by their parents or guardians, the App is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under the age of 13. If we become aware that we have collected data directly from a child under 13 without parental consent, we will take steps to delete it promptly.

Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access, update, or delete your personal information
• Opt out of certain data collection practices
• Request a copy of the data we hold about you
• Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent
